Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus in Crawfordsville, IN seeks an RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a Med Surg unit. You will listen to patients, plan and execute care, and collaborate with the care team on assessment and reassessment. Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required
• Bachelor degree in nursing preferred
• Active RN license and recent 3–5 years acute care experience required
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for patients as part of a comprehensive care team
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including reassessment and evaluation
• Provide compassionate, faith-based patient care in a Med Surg setting

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• 5 years if education is Diploma in Nursing must have active RN license and recent 3-5 years acute care experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
