Job summary

Franciscan Alliance in Lafayette, IN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within our PACE program at the Lafayette Healthy Living Clinic. You will consult with the healthcare team, administer medications, and help coordinate treatment plans during standard hours.

This role requires 1 year of nursing/patient care with frail or elderly patients, BLS certification, and active RN licensure. Travel up to 75% and on-call rotations are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree- Nursing/Patient Care - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree- Nursing/Patient Care- Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN)- State Licensing Board - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
• 1 Year- Nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting Experience- Required
• 2 Years- Nursing Experience- Preferred

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
