Job summary

St Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic, is seeking a full-time RN to work in our post anesthesia recovery room. The role involves direct patient care in the immediate postoperative period, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan and evaluate patient needs for positive outcomes. He/she provides direct patient care involving knowledge of and the ability to use the nursing process in assessing, diagnosing, planning and evaluating patient needs to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications (Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification/Skills)

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing


• Current license in the State of Delaware


• 6 - 12 months experience in PACU or critical care

Education/Licensure/Certification

• Previous experience in a critical care setting


• Completion of a Critical Care Program


• BCLS Certification


• ACLS Certification


• PALS Certification within six months of hire date.
