Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a professional RN to join the opening team at Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Lakeland, FL. You will provide high-level nursing care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Required are Florida RN licensure and active BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required in certain areas. Day-one benefits and up-to-date training programs support your growth and well-being.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license and ongoing licensure requirements.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required for certain areas.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers high-level nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments and therapies.
• Monitors patient conditions and responds to changes with evidence-based actions.
• Documents care and ensures patient safety and accurate data entry.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient care.
• Mentors and supports other staff and coordinates care within the unit.
