Job summary

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital seeks a registered nurse to join the opening team. You will care for patients with complex needs, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies with evidence-based practice.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and area-specific ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC credentials. You will collaborate with physicians, educators, and care teams to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• 1 year experience required unless AVP level or above approved.
• Maintains Florida RN license (state requirement).
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Uses data to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Monitors equipment and records readings from monitors and ventilators.
• Responds to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
• Collaborates with medical staff to plan and manage patient care.
