Job summary

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the Night Shift team. The role focuses on hospital care at home in a virtual and in-person care model, delivering high-quality patient care across the Lakeland area.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, BLS certification, and have 1 year of nursing experience. This position supports patient-care goals through TeleHealth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license in good standing and BLS required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred; Hospital Care at Home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
• Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
• Mentor and educate staff; act as a preceptor or unit educator as needed.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to team members.
