Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time day/evening schedule (three 12-hour shifts) with weekly call and occasional weekends. The RN will deliver direct patient care from admission to discharge in a community hospital setting the Southern Indiana/Louisville region.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma RN and Indiana RN license; BLS is required and ACLS is preferred. Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma RN from an approved program.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Current Indiana RN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience that refines nursing practice competencies.
• Familiarity with hospital computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a regional hospital setting.
