AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. A Florida RN license and BLS are required, with preference for acute hospital experience.

Relocation/Sign-on options may be available. The role operates in a day shift with on-site duties at 601 E Rollins St, Orlando, Florida 32803, under a 12-month employment contract for sign-on

Formación

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, meds, and self-care strategies to promote understanding.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.

Job Description

• Up to $12,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation available for eligible candidates (see terms below)
• Terms: 12-month Employment Contract Required for Sign-On

Sign-on Eligibility

• Applicable experience required.
• Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

Relocation Eligibility

• Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.

Schedule: FT

Shift: Days with call requirement

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Work Experience

• 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
