Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking experienced professionals for a role in Charlotte, NC at an Ambulatory Surgery Center focused on ENT and Eye procedures. This position offers 40 hours a week on an 8-hour shift with no call or weekend requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience, BLS Certification, and proficiency in EPIC and SBAR systems. Scrubs are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• BLS Certification is required.
• First-time travelers accepted if experienced in Scrubbing and ENT.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center specialized in ENT and Eye procedures.
• Care for patients aged infants to geriatrics.
• Participate in unit orientation for 40 hours.

• Emergency management: Code Response, Fire Safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia
• Specimen handling and Universal Protocol

Preferred Skills

• Pediatric General OR experience
• Endoscopic Procedures: Bronchoscopy
• Ophthalmology: Cataract extraction, Corneal transplant, Eye trauma, Glaucoma surgery, Vitrectomy
• Infection control and Laser Safety

Job Details

• Shift: 8-hour days, 07:00 - 16:00
• 40 hours per week, 13-week contract
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• Patient Age Group: Infants to Geriatrics
• Patient Diagnoses: ENT surgery, cataracts, ocular plastics, head and neck
• Unit Orientation: 40 hours
