We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse Navigator to support our hospital mission by providing nursing and case management services. The role involves assessing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurse will perform assessments, deliver direct and indirect patient care, and support the healthcare team in managing patient needs across the continuum of care.
