Position Overview
To support our mission, the Oncology Nurse Navigator provides nursing and case management services to patients and families, coordinating care across the full continuum. The Nurse demonstrates the ability to assess, plan, monitor, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, direct and indirect nursing care, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
