Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. This role involves managing the episode of patient care in partnership with patients, families, and other providers to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Schedule is 0.7 FTE with rotating day and night eight-hour shifts and every other weekend. Requirements include an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in Nursing; Minnesota RN license and BLS. BSN preferred and ideally obtained within 2 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• BLS provider status in accordance with AHA guidelines

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Required Qualifications:
