Job summary

Masonic Home: Union City is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate direct nursing care for residents and patients in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate care, administer medications per physician orders, complete MDS and initial assessments, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a California RN license, a minimum six months of acute care or SNF experience, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum clinical experience in acute care or SNF as an RN.
• Currently licensed as RN to practice in California.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and evaluate direct nursing care.
• Coordinate care to meet residents' and patients' needs per orders and laws.
• Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and delegate nursing tasks to staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and state/federal regulations.

Pay Range: $44.50 - $54.50Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care provided to residents and patients within scope of practice. The RN coordinates care delivery to ensure that Residents and Patients needs are met in accordance with physician orders, and State and Federal laws and regulations governing long term care.
