Job summary

Masonic Home: Covina is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead direct patient care within a long-term care setting. You will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per physician orders and regulatory requirements, while documenting meds and treatments and coordinating MDS assessments.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring resident and patient needs are met with compassion and professionalism. California RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of clinical experience in acute care or SNF.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• English proficiency and clear communication.

Pay Range: $44.50 - $54.50/hourJOB SUMMARYThe Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care provided to residents and patients within scope of practice. The RN coordinates care delivery to ensure that Residents and Patients needs are met in accordance with physician orders, and State and Federal laws and regulations governing long term care.
