Job summary

The Registered Nurse at Masonic Homes of California is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care for residents and patients within scope of practice. You will coordinate care to meet needs per physician orders and state/federal regulations governing long term care.

Responsibilities include medication delivery/documentation, MDS and initial assessments, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months clinical experience in acute care or SNF.
• Current California RN license to practice.
• BLS Certification required.

The RN coordinates care delivery to ensure that Residents and Patients needs are met in accordance with physician orders, and State and Federal laws and regulations governing long term care. As an RN, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation, delivery and documentation of medication/treatment(s) to our Residents and Patients, MDS and initial assessments, ability to supervise and delegate nursing staff.
