The Registered Nurse position at Masonic Homes of California is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating nursing care for residents and patients within long-term care.
The RN coordinates care delivery with physicians, adheres to state and federal regulations, and handles medication/treatment delivery, MDS and initial assessments, while supervising and delegating to nursing staff.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care provided to residents and patients within scope of practice. The RN coordinates care delivery to ensure that Residents and Patients needs are met in accordance with physician orders, and State and Federal laws and regulations governing long term care. As an RN, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation, delivery and documentation of medication/treatment(s) to our Residents and Patients, MDS and initial assessments, ability to supervise and delegate nursing staff.
Pay Range: $44.50 - $54.50/hour
