Job summary

Heartland Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes and facilities. The RN triages after-hours calls, identifies urgent needs, and initiates symptom management and comfort-focused plans.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, administer medications, document timely updates, and ensure care aligns with patient goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Ability to triage after-hours calls.
