Job summary

Heartland Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes and facilities. You will triage after-hours calls, perform urgent visits, assess symptoms and implement care plans focused on comfort and dignity.

You will manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, educate patients and families, and document timely care activities.
