This role requires an active CT RN license and CPR certification, with travel to other regional offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Current state CT RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and formulates nursing plan of care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention.
• Assists patients and family members with concerns and maintains confidentiality.
