The role requires CT RN license, CPR certification, and experience in a medical practice. Travel to regional offices may be required; shift details include Monday-Friday with some variations.

Qualifications

• Current CT RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assess physical and psychosocial needs and plan care with continuity of patient care.
• Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
