Ascension in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for OB High Risk to deliver advanced maternity care during high-risk situations. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to monitor mothers and fetuses, manage hemodynamics, and ensure safe transitions from crisis to stability.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced critical care nursing for high-risk patients, managing hemodynamic stability, critical drips, and advanced fetal monitoring.
• Ensure interdisciplinary alignment, keeping the patient's perspective central during crises.
• Lead the transition from crisis to stability, coordinating complex discharge, and supporting patients and families post-emergency.
• This role performs the duties of a Registered Nurse for all things OB High Risk in collaboration with doctors, nurses and specialists.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration
