ERP International, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the OB/GYN Clinic at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore, CA. The RN will support active duty members, their families, and veterans in a busy clinical setting, providing high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities include exams, medication administration, counseling, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and on-site, federal employment considerations.

Competenze

• BSN required with active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year OB/GYN experience in the past 3 years.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass government background checks.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm, to include a lunch breakNo Weekends, No HolidaysNo Call, No Call-Back

Job Specific Position Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
• Perform physical exam and health histories.
• Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
• Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare professionals.
• Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
• Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
• Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
• Perform nursing services identified in the TO.
• Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.

In addition to the duties listed in the basic contract, the following additional or supplemental duties are required for HCWs on this TO. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: BSN* * Experience: Minimum 1 year OB/GYN experience within the past 3 years

* License:Active, unrestricted RN license

* Board Certification: N/A

* Life Support Certifications: BLS & ACLS

* Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.

Pay Scale: $55/hr to $68.50/hr, to be determined based on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location
