Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking an RN for the OB High Risk unit at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time night-shift role focuses on implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring accurate communication of patient conditions.

The position requires Oklahoma RN licensure and a BLS credential, with dedicated opportunities for professional growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
