Role Overview

This position involves providing independent nursing care in Medsurg or Telemetry settings, focusing on routine and complex patient needs in accordance with treatment plans. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practices, while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social aspects. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring treatment effects, documenting patient information, educating patients and families, and delegating tasks appropriately.

Key Duties
