Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide independent care in Medsurg or Telemetry units. The role emphasizes critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per established protocols and standards.

The nurse will deliver routine and complex care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes. Strong documentation and adaptability across units are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• BSN preferred; minimum 2 years Medsurg and Telemetry experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple units and demonstrate proactive availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine and complex patient care aligned with treatment plans and address psychosocial needs.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document patient history and care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health needs and resources.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and modify individualized care plans; communicate findings with the healthcare team.
