Qualifications

• Current RN license, BLS, ACLS required; PALS and NRP at certain facilities.
• Proficiency in medication administration, patient education, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care, documenting patient information accurately
• Assess and address patient needs, developing and modifying care plans accordingly
• Coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize care efficiency
• Maintain unit operations, supervise staff, and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies
• Promote patient safety, adhere to regulations, and participate in quality improvement activities
• Follow clinical policies, ensure proper health information documentation, and troubleshoot medical equipment
• Interpret patient charts, recognize safety issues, and respond to physiological and psychological concerns
