Storybrook Care & Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality clinical care in a skilled nursing setting. You will support residents’ recovery and daily wellness while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized, dignified care.

The position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time nights (6 PM–6 AM), competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Work Schedule: Full-time and PRN shifts available

Pay Rate: $42.00 - $54.00 depending on experience and qualifications

In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with a interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

JOB DUTIES

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.


• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants


• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care


• Collaborates with the resident, and members of the healthcare team


• Records the administration of medication


• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility


• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies


• Performs other duties as directed

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• An Associates Degree (ADN); Bachelor Degree (BSN) - Preferred


• An active RN license


• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community - Preferred


• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity


• The ability to work flexible hours
