Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking dedicated CNAs for full-time nights and PRN shifts to join our 58-bed facility caring for dementia, rehab, long-term and hospice residents.
As a CNA you will provide routine nursing care under supervision, help residents with hygiene, meals and mobility, and support a safe, homelike environment.

A nursing assistant is responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times, within their scope of practice.
Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility’s established policies and procedures, nursing care procedures and safety rules and regulations, within the scope of practice of a certified nursing assistant.
Certified Nursing Assistant, or Certified Nursing Aide, is responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses and disabilities. Their duties include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients, providing continence care when needed, and assessing their patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes and assist in maintaining a clean, homelike environment.
