Job summary

Hillsdale Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night position in OB and Labor and Delivery. Candidates must have a valid Michigan RN license and at least one year of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Taking vitals for the mom and baby.
• Administering medication.
• Monitoring contractions.
• Identifying complications during labor and delivery.
• Communicating the mom’s condition and needs to the physician.
• Coaching the mom during labor and delivery.
• Caring for the mom after she gives birth.
• Caring for the newborn.

Work Schedule and Shift Premiums

Full Time (Nights) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am | 36 hours/week, including every other or every third weekend.

• 2nd shift premium $2.00/hour
• 3rd shift premium $3.05/hour
• Weekend premium $2.00/hour
• RNs eligible for payment of $5,250 on student loan
• Paid Time Off: vacation and holidays
• Retirement: 403(b) with match
• Education assistance and continuing education - many courses offered on-site at the hospital
