Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire; maintain current.
• ACLS certification preferred within 30 days after hire.
• Prior acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products per orders.
• Coordinate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and other team members.
• Assist with procedures, diagnostics, and patient stabilization.
• Operate and monitor clinical equipment in the department.
• Educate patients/families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation and ensure patient safety.
