Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced registered nurse for night shift to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time capacity. You will administer medications, develop and revise individualized care plans, and document activities in the medical record while collaborating with the care team.

Eligible candidates may receive up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 relocation assistance. Required: ADN, Florida RN license, BLS, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in Florida is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
• English fluency in reading, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document patient information, care activities, and outcomes accurately.
