Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Lincoln, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will be part of a dedicated team and build lasting relationships with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities include assessing and documenting residents’ status, supervising RCAs, coordinating care with providers, and responding to emergencies while adhering to state regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in health per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily tasks of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead RCAs in all job aspects.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse and reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses personal emergency system.
