Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Indiana is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the NICU. The RN will implement, direct, communicate, and document nursing care per established standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy and maintaining a safe environment for patients and colleagues. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Indiana RN license, CPR certification within 60 days, and at least 6 months of NICU nursing experience.

Employment Type: Part time

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

Description: PRN - 12 Hour Night Shift, 7pm-7am; every other holiday, must work 2 -12 Hour Shifts in 6 weeks: also one summer holiday and one winter holiday

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: 6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU
