Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Jersey Shore University Medical Center team in Neptune Township, NJ. You will deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license, BLS/CPR, and six months of nursing experience OR participation in the Nurse Residency Program. NICU and NRP certifications are preferred; BSN in progress is welcome.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience OR active participation with Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• NICU experience preferred.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certification preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
• On-call commitment required 16 hours per month.
