Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a registered nurse at Jersey Shore University Medical Center to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, BLS/CPR within 60 days, and at least 6 months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.

Preferred qualifications include NICU experience, NRP certification, pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certifications, with BSN

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Must have six (6) or more months of nursing experience OR must be an active Participant with Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• NICU experience preferred.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certification preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.

Responsibilities

• On-call commitment required 16 hours per month.
