Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health at Jersey Shore University Medical Center seeks an experienced pediatric nurse to deliver high‑quality care in NICU/PICU. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support fragile patients and their families.

NJ RN license required; AHA BLS/CPR certification required; minimum two years in pediatric, PICU or NICU; NRP preferred; BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years; pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Nursing license required.
• Active AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of pediatric, PICU or NICU nursing experience.
• NRP preferred.
• Pediatric IV Therapy and bereavement certifications preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Strong teamwork and ongoing education commitment; patient/family focused care.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric nursing care in NICU/PICU settings.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
