Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Pediatric ICU nurse for Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Current NJ nursing license is required, with BLS/CPR, PALS, and IV/port/telemetry certs expected within set timelines.

1–2 years of PICU experience is preferred, ACLS/APHON certifications are a plus. A BSN in progress or commitment to obtain it within three years of hire is expected, along with a willingness to obtain national certification in a specialty.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• PALS required.
• IV/port/telemetry certification required.
• 1-2 years of pediatric ICU nursing experience.
• ACLS preferred.
• APHON certification preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• National certification in specialty is preferred.
