HCA Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse NICU to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced neonatal unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, following state and unit standards, while supporting families and advocating for patients.

The role requires an RN license, an associate degree, BLS/CPR within 30 days, NRP within 30 days, and at least 1 year in a Level 3 NICU.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for Virginia.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of start date.
• NRP certification required within 30 days of start date.
• At least 1 year of Level 3 NICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers and support positive outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organizations vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• full-time nights
• Must have at least 1 year of level 3 NICU experience
