This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,5000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
1. Participate in a formal orientation program, including designated hours for hands-on training and simulation sessions.
2. Deliver patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
3. Engage in simulation training to develop and refine clinical and decision-making skills in a controlled environment.
4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
5. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
6. Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive strategies.
7. Assist with procedures and the management of medical equipment as required.
8. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
9. Reflect on practice and receive feedback from mentors and preceptors to enhance professional growth.
10. Attend workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities to continue professional development.
11. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
12. Respond to patient requests and concerns with empathy, providing a high level of customer service.
