Job Description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain an RN license in the practicing state
• Association* accredited course in Basic Life Support (BLS) (for clinical staff), or Heartsaver CPR AED (for nonclinical staff), and renewal on a regular basis, with up to a three-month grace period after the expiration date.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Participate in a formal orientation program, including designated hours for hands‑on training and simulation sessions.

2. Deliver patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses while adhering to established protocols and procedures.

3. Engage in simulation training to develop and refine clinical and decision‑making skills in a controlled environment.

4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.

5. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.

6. Educate patients and families on health conditions, post‑treatment care, and preventive strategies.
