Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a nonprofit health system with over 600 centers across multiple states. This role offers day/night shifts with full-time and part-time options in a mission-driven environment focused on patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include nursing care planning, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve long-term outcomes. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
