Quality Talent Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a mission-driven health system with 600+ centers. Multiple shift options (Day/Night) and both full-time and part-time roles are available in Texas.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
