Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a non-profit health system with 600+ centers and 50,000 Associates. The role offers Day/Night shifts and both full-time and part-time options to support a mission-driven care environment.

As an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Educate patients and caregivers on learning needs and resources.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Collaborate with the care team to support long-term patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
