Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
