Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking registered nurses to join a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers and 50,000 associates. This RN role offers day and night shifts, full-time and part-time options, and a mission-driven team focused on patient care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, patient education, and coordinating with care teams. Active RN license and BLS are required; flexible scheduling and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
