Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client, a nonprofit health system, seeks dedicated Registered Nurses to join their mission-driven team in Lytle, Texas. Day and night shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time options across multiple specialties.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, monitor medications, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
