Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a non-profit health system with 600 centers across multiple states and a community of 50,000 Associates. The role offers Day/Night shifts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities in multiple specialties within a team-focused, mission-driven environment.

RNs must hold an active license and BLS certification, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
