Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a nonprofit health system serving hundreds of centers across multiple states. This role offers day/night shifts, with full-time and part-time options, and a chance to impact patient care across multiple specialties.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, and support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
