Endeavor Health­ nurses on the Medical Telemetry unit provide safe, compassionate care, using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will supervise unlicensed assistive personnel and collaborate with the health-care team to ensure optimal outcomes and a high-quality patient experience.

The role requires IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited program completion, BLS/CPR, and may prefer BSN; prior nursing or CNA experience is encouraged for new grads.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate.
• BLS/CPR Certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new grads preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse, Medical Telemetry
• Location: Highland Park Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, (7am-7:30pm) Day shift with Rotating Weekends.
• Hours: 36
• Required Travel: N/A

What you will do:

What you will need:

• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred

• Experience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferred
