Endeavor Health's Highland Park Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse, Medical Telemetry for a full-time day shift (7am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends. The unit serves a defined patient population with focus on safe, compassionate care.

You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and supervise assigned unlicensed staff. IL license required; NLN-accredited program; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR required; prior nursing or CNA experience preferred for new grads.

Qualificações

• Current IL nursing licensure required.
• Graduates from NLN-accredited nursing programs.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new grads preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for patients on the unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse, Medical Telemetry

• Location: Highland Park Hospital

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, (7am-7:30pm) Day shift with Rotating Weekends.

• Hours: 36

• Required Travel: N/A

What you will do:

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care

• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care

• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred

• Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required

• Experience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferred
